• Binding checked with skiers own boot. DIN settings checked using skier`s height weight and ability.  NB. Bring own boot for this service.
• Clean base with lifting solvent.
• Full base P-Tex all grooves and gouges.
• Scrape clean with metal scarper and sharpen base edges.
• Sharpen side edges 1, 2, 3, degrees depending on specification. Diamond file finish.
• De burr edges and de tune tip and tail to spec.
• Hot iron wax.
• Scrape of wax with acrylic scraper. Brush wax into base with nylon brush (structuring)
• Polish with pad. Apply Teflon finish (Zardoz) buff. Remove any wax on edges.
