SKI & BOARD EDGE AND WAX

• Clean base with lifting solvent.
• Scrape clean with metal scraper and sharpen base edge
• Sharpen side edges by hand to 1, 2 or 3 degrees depending on ability and spec.
• De burr edges and de tune tip and tail to spec.
• Hot Iron wax.
• Scrape off wax with acrylic scraper. Brush wax into base with nylon brush (structuring).
• Polish up base with pad and buff.
